Our under 8 team had a fun-filled day on Saturday 26th May attending two tournaments, we would like to thank the organisers of each club for inviting us Dungannon Clarkes & O'Connells GAC Tullysaran.

Our young U-10 Gaels attended St Peters Lurgan to take part in their annual Jim Moore Memorial Tournament. The team made it all the way to the final of the Cup only to lose out by a single point to Keady, each child received a runner's up medal. One of our young players Ronan Hasson was selected by referees as player of the final, receiving a Armagh half zip. Well done to all the team & management on their continued hard work & dedication at training. Keep it up.

Our Under 12.5s boys welcomed a talented Killeavey team to Paírc Na Piarsaigh Óga on Saturday afternoon for their latest league game. After a tense first 5 mins where both teams had chances our young gaels found their feet and began to get on top playing a lovely brand of football. Gradually Ógs forged ahead and lead by their talented midfielder Oran Callaghan ran out decisive winners by a score line of 4.17 to 1.05. Well done lads keep up the good work.

U12 Girls

Our U-12 girls played Mullabrack on Thursday past in Round 6 of the league. Our girls got off to a slow start with Mullabrack taking full advantage of their scores, however our girls soon found their footing & fought back to leave it 4-02 to 3-0 to Mullabrack at half time.
Our girls came out in the second half with determination & started to play the football we know they can, racking up the scores to bring it to a narrow margin. Our girls kept up the pace but unfortunately time just ran out in the end.
Full time score Na Piarsaigh Óga 6-03 Mullabrack 7-03.Well done to all the girls on a fantastic team performance.

U14 Girls

Well done to our U-14 girls on a fantastic league win over Keady in a sunny bPaírc Na Piarsaigh Óga on Wednesday evening. Keep it up girls.

U14 Boys

Na Piarsaigh Óga U-14 Championship continued on Tuesday evening with a tough 1/4 final match against a fancied Derrynoose team at bPaírc Na Piarsaigh Óga. The 1st quarter was a keenly contested low scoring affair with missed chances on both sides.

The Ógs carried a superior attacking threat and opened up an eleven point gap at half time. The scoreline may have flattered the home side slightly and the game was far from over. Derrynoose started the second half brightly with some strong running and registered two goals to keep in touch. The Ógs however were resolute in defence and moved the ball well in attack to move further ahead.

A fantastic performance by the entire squad, excellent in both defence and attack, not to mention some fine goal keeping sees the Ógs through to a much anticipated semi-final in a few weeks. Well done to all the lads.
