U12.5 Boys

Our under 12.5s travelled to Culloville on Saturday for their annual tournament. With a depleted squad the lads were up against it. After a slow start the lads began to find their form and after convincing wins over Carrickcruppen and Silverbridge they qualified for a cup Semi Final against a well fancied Killeavey team. In a classic encounter our young gaels battled hard to force the game into extra time. Both teams matched each other score for score and the match eventually went to golden score. The lads had their chances but had to give best. Some brilliant performances all day from Tristan Morris, Shea Hughes and Dara Gillen but Calum Hughes and Shea Carr led the lads all day playing exceptional football. Well done lads great effort. U12 management.

U12 Girls

Na Piarsaigh Óga lost V Mullabrack

U10 Boys & Girls

Well done to our U10 team who attended Clann Éireann tournament on Saturday. Our young gaels played very well to win through the group stages and into the Semi Final of the CUP, losing out at this stage to Tír Na nÓg Moy. Thanks to all our supporters and Clann Éireann for a very well run tournament.

U10 Girls

Our young U10 girls took part in the Maura McNally U-10 tournament in Derrynoose on Saturday morning, playing Killeavy, Naomh Labhoise, Derrynoose, & Clann Eireann 1 in the group stages.
Our girls played some great football & won two out of their 4 games in the group stage. With scores then being the decider on where the team was placed the girls progressed to the Cup Semi Final. Having won against Clan Eireann 1 in the morning our girls where now drawn against Clann Eireann 2 team. The girls battled hard but unfortunately this was to be the end of the road for the team. Each girl represented their club with pride and are a credit to their team & families. Well done to all and many thanks to all the parents for their continued support. U-10 Management
